How we help using Skype, Zoom or Facetime.
IPS is pleased to announce that Skype, Zoom or FaceTime consultations are now availabe to ALL Australian citizens. During the COVID crisis IPS provided this service on a Bulk Bill basis however given the current state of the COVID situation this has changed. A copayment of $70.00 is now required.
To make an appointment for a Skype, Zoom or FaceTime consultation there are 2 easy steps:
1) You must obtain a GP Mental Health Referral so that the Medicare rebate will be available.
2) You must contact the IPS office using enquiries@innovativepsych.com.au at least 1 week prior to your requested session. 5 - 10 mins before your scheduled appointment you will be called and the type of platform that you will use in the appointment will be discussed.
3) Credit card details must be provided 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. The appointment will be cancelled if this condition isnt met.
There are only a limited number of Video sessions available so if you are interested in this service please contact IPS soon. Wednesdays are the only day in the week that this service is provided.
